Don't have a great variety of sale items when most of their other stores do. Their sale items are still quiet expensive. Staff aren't very helpful and friendly.

Super disappointed by the service of Ally where I was told that I was not allowed to refund items bought online in store. A trip waste for myself

This feedback is for management at Cannington store to fix their staff attitude. 2/3/23 at 2:15 pmPoor customer service rude staff. I was told off when I took a skirt to try it on and left the hanger on the stand. The way she spoke to me was very rude and when I was at the counter checking out was just mentioning that to my partner very quietly the other staff over heard me and was defensive and was screaming it out at me that she didn’t do anything wrong.. the wrong wasn’t her asking to take the hanger with me, but it was the way she was as saying it and the other staff was even worse dealing with the situation by not taking the feedback when she heated it but instead she was screaming it at me..I don’t normally go on business’s google pages to leave a review but when it’s rude attitude like that then I have to

Went to get an item for a concert coming up. I purchased it and kept going with my shopping…about half an hour later i checked the price tag. They had crossed out the original price and put a sale sticker on it but the “sale” sticker was more expensive!We went back in and asked if we can get the difference back as you’s made it look like i bought a sale item (and didn’t.)all the girl had to say about it was “it is what it is”. Not to mention she had absolutely no care factor towards the customers.NoThe price is the price. Don’t put a sale sticker on and make it look like a bargain if it’s just gonna be a stitch up.Disappointed.

the lady at the counter was pretty passive aggressive to me. i bought shorts that were $35.99 on the tag. but when i went to pay for it, it came up as $39.99 and i had to go back and ask about it. the lady said something about upper management changing the price but none of the shorts were advertised $39.99 so she charged me more than what i saw. only when i confronted her about it she said she would change it but it’s false advertisement no?

Terrible customer service and very rude woman serving us. Caitlin on receipt? Telling us to put all our clothes back for her, sorry we don’t work there! How about a bit of service. Have 30 percent off store wide and then tried to say it’s only on selected items. Do your job properly! That’s why I avoid these cheapo shops usually!

Manager and staff were incredibly helpful and kind.Took the time out of their day to help me. Fantastic customer service. Couldn’t Recommend this store enough!Will be coming back here.Good range of clothing and everything in store was neat, tidy and easy to find things instore.
