Honestly every time I’ve visited here I’m greeted with such awful customer service, in that there’s a complete lack of it. I’ve often been the only one in the store and have not once been greeted with a ‘hello’. For some reason they shove everything to the end of the racks around 4pm (one hour before they shut) which I’m sure is some kind of process for them, but it makes it super difficult to look at any of the clothes. Walked around aimlessly for a solid 10 minutes (searching for work outfits) and not once was asked if I needed help. I mean, of course it’s not a David Jones but the quality of staff is that of the quality of the clothes - woeful.

I shopped here as a surprise present for my girlfriend had no idea what I was doing the staff where so nice and helped me to pick some items and she absolutely loved them I highly recommend ally secret harbour to everyone boys and girls great quality and friendly people

Staff are really nice, they will treat you well. I have shopped there many times and bought many Ally t-shirts, they are so comfortable and stylish. Place is very modern and clean.

Don't mind the clothing but the girls that work there are so sweet, always super helpful and nice! I'll pop in for a loom and end up with 3 dresses haha.

Every time i shop here im greeted by friendly staff who go out of their way to help, making sure i have sizing i need and helping me with styling even calling other stores if need be to chase up other sizes. Store always looks clean and well styled too which makes it nice to shop in always feeling on trend
