Fabulous experience from start to finish, we walked in to the midland store yesterday near closing time and were greeted warmly by the store manager who was very cheerful and helpful despite trying to clean and close up shop. Impeccable customer service and a real credit to the You + All franchise.We will be back.

Walked in to your store today first thing in the morning no other customers in store and the girl was on her phone. I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. I wanted an item that was up high still wouldn’t help me. Tried on four other items I was extremely interested in and ready to purchase yet still received no help therefore put all the items back and left. No other customers in store the whole time and still received absolutely no customer service. This is not the first time I have had this kind of experience in this store and I will not be returning.

My partner shops here a fair bit never had a problem and liked all of the clothes she brought here. She brought 2 dresses for our baby shower. When it came to the shower one didn’t fit and the other didn’t sit right so went with a totally different dress.When it came to return both dresses it was about 40 days and the lady told her she couldn’t return as it’s out of the 30 days. Both dresses had tags and not worn. I get it If it was years out as I run my own business but a few days and with tags not really great and haven’t been back since.

Extremely disappointed by this store the last few months. I have been in multiple times over a few months and I refuse to shop here anymore. There is practically no customer service at all not even a hi when you walk in not a word the whole time I’m in the store. Not to mention they have recently made the refund policy more difficult then it needs to be especially for online returns. Extremely disappointed will not be coming here again.

Absolutely amazing customer service, was served by Tobee. They were kind, fun and very helpful. They are an ultimate hype person, I bought a dress that I’ve had my eye on for a while and they made me feel so comfortable. They listened and engaged in service perfectly. I’ve been to many inclusive sizing shops before but this experience was the best I’ve had. Will absolutely shop there again all because of Tobee.

I've shopped in this store for years and always had a good experience with very helpful staff, but was put off today. I was shopping with my mom and we were pretty much the only ones in store. We looked at a few things and then tried a couple of items on while chatting to the sales assistant who at that point was attentive and friendly. When it came time to pay I stood next to my mom at the counter as her items were being put through. The sales assistant suddenly noticed I had a shopping bag on my shoulder and she complimented my bag saying that's very handy. I thought she was being nice and said to her that yeah it's super handy and massive. She then, without saying anything walked to my side of the counter and with a quick change in her tone told me she needed to do a bag check. I obiviously had nothing to hide so I opened my bag and she had a glance and walked back to her side without saying a word, as if she was dissapointed to find out I hadn't taken anything. My mom then proceeded to pay for the items and we left the store. As I work in retail myself I do understand why bag checks are needed, but it has never crossed my mind to bag check someone who's paying for their items at the counter. Bag checking a customer you've spent time building rapport with is just.. in bad taste. We weren't being secretive, we weren't hiding items or doing anything to give the impression that we were stealing. And what annoyed me further is that she tried to hide her wish to check my bag into a half handed compliment about my bag. What I would have appriciated is transparency in why she felt like I needed to be bag checked and an apology once she realised that her suspicicion wasn't correct.

Your staff are an absolute credit to you. The two ladies working at the Midland store last night were just lovely. Helpful, friendly, professional yet hilarious, and all with a correctly worn mask, which can make even the best of us cranky! Very happy with my purchases and will return to this store often.

Went in for a refund and I probably got the best customer service ever from two lovely ladies, Shelly and Rose. They are indeed the best girls I've ever dealt with in retail. 100% employees of the year!!!

I found some really lovely items in this store. Lots of bright fun colours and really stunning items. The sales assistant was extremely helpful in finding an outfit for my Christmas party. Lots of fun and comfy items for curvy girls!
